Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
Last updated: June 2026
A statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 is legally required only for commercial organisations with a total annual turnover of £36 million or more. BLD PROTECTION LTD is below that threshold, so this statement is published voluntarily as good practice.
BLD PROTECTION LTD (trading as znobia) does not tolerate slavery or human trafficking in any part of its business or supply chains. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to maintaining effective controls to guard against modern slavery in our operations and our supply chain — including in our selection of, and dealings with, service providers.
We keep this commitment under review as the business grows. Should the firm meet the section 54 turnover threshold, a full statement (organisation and supply chain, policies, due diligence, risk assessment, training and board approval) will be published with a prominent link from our homepage.
