Anti-Bribery & Financial-Crime Statement
Last updated: June 2026
BLD PROTECTION LTD (trading as znobia) is committed to conducting business honestly and to preventing bribery, money laundering, sanctions breaches and other financial crime. This is a public summary; the firm maintains fuller internal policies appropriate to its activities.
Anti-bribery & corruption
We operate a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and maintain procedures designed to prevent it, consistent with the Bribery Act 2010 (including the section 7 "failure to prevent" offence and the six principles of adequate procedures). We do not offer, give, solicit or accept bribes, and we apply controls to gifts, hospitality and facilitation payments.
Anti-money laundering & counter-terrorist financing
Where the firm's activity is within scope of the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, it applies risk-based customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring, record-keeping and suspicious-activity reporting, and maintains the required compliance roles.
Sanctions
We screen against the applicable financial-sanctions regimes (including the UK's Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation) and will not act where doing so would breach sanctions.
Reporting concerns
Concerns about bribery or financial crime can be raised confidentially via our contact page.
